The platform provides users with access to on-demand workout videos, exercise instruction, training programs, mobility and core recovery content, progress tracking features, community features, coaching services, educational resources, and wellness-related tools intended to support general fitness and healthy lifestyle habits. Mama Koach Training may collect user-submitted information such as account details, workout activity, progress metrics, nutrition-related information, wellness check-ins, subscription and payment information, and user-generated content to improve the user experience and provide personalized services. The content provided through Mama Koach Training is intended for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's sms messages, camera, calendar, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Mobile Device Data. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Mama Koach Training LLC is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of information provided through our Services.

In Short: Text messages are optional, require your separate explicit opt-in, and your opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Mama Koach Training LLC ("Mama KOACH") offers two optional, recurring text messaging programs: (1) Coaching & account texts — coaching replies, workout/account reminders, and account updates; and (2) Offers & Mama KOACH news — occasional promotions, challenges, launches, and special offers. You enroll only by actively checking the corresponding consent box in the app under Settings > Notifications > Text Notifications after providing your mobile number. Consent is never pre-selected, is not required to use our Services, and providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in either program.
If you opt in, we collect and store your mobile number, your consent choices, and records of when and how consent was given or withdrawn. We use this information solely to operate the text messaging programs described above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
