By accessing, downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the Mama Koach Training app, website, programs, content, coaching services, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

Mama Koach Training LLC ("Mama Koach Training," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides fitness, wellness, educational, coaching, nutritional, and lifestyle-related content and services through digital platforms, mobile applications, online programs, community features, in-person sessions, virtual coaching, and related offerings.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

3. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Mama Koach Training LLC is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or physical therapy services.

All content provided through the Services, including workouts, exercise instruction, wellness guidance, nutritional information, educational content, and postpartum recovery information, is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition or injury.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, & BILLING

Certain Services may require payment, subscription enrollment, or recurring billing.

By purchasing a subscription or paid program, you authorize Mama Koach Training LLC and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You agree that:

  • Promotional pricing may be temporary
  • Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic charges
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Company.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Weight loss
  • Fat loss
  • Muscle gain
  • Physical appearance
  • Fitness performance
  • Postpartum recovery outcomes
  • Pelvic floor recovery
  • Health improvements
  • Specific wellness results

Results vary significantly between individuals.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided through the Services is the exclusive property of Mama Koach Training LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to: workout programs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, PDFs, educational materials, exercise demonstrations, coaching frameworks, app design, text content, audio content, and program structures.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce or redistribute content
  • Sell or sublicense content
  • Share login credentials
  • Copy workouts for commercial use
  • Republish content
  • Record or duplicate coaching materials
  • Create derivative works from Company content

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

8. COMMUNITY FEATURES & USER CONTENT

Users may have the ability to upload content, participate in community discussions, submit comments, post progress updates, or communicate with other users.

By submitting content, you grant Mama Koach Training LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You agree not to post:

  • Harassing or abusive content
  • Illegal content
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Misleading health information
  • Offensive or discriminatory material
  • Content infringing on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Permanent availability of any feature

Features, content, pricing, or Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Koach Training LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
