Liability Waiver

I understand that Mama Koach Training LLC ("Mama Koach Training," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides fitness, wellness, nutrition, educational, coaching, and lifestyle-related services through its mobile application, website, digital programs, community features, workout videos, instructional content, messaging systems, downloadable materials, in-person training sessions, virtual coaching, and related services.

I acknowledge that participation in any exercise, wellness, fitness, postpartum recovery, mobility, strength training, conditioning, nutritional, or educational program is voluntary and done at my own risk.

I represent that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in exercise and wellness-related activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

I acknowledge that Mama Koach Training LLC is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or physical therapy services.

I understand that all content provided through the Services is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

I understand that pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor health, diastasis recti, hormonal recovery, cesarean recovery, and core rehabilitation vary significantly between individuals.

I acknowledge that participation in exercise during pregnancy or postpartum recovery may involve unique risks, including but not limited to pelvic floor symptoms, prolapse symptoms, abdominal separation complications, dizziness, fatigue, injury, or worsening of pre-existing conditions.

I affirm that I have obtained any necessary medical clearance before participating in Mama Koach Training programs, especially if I am pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing any medical condition or injury.

I understand that participation in fitness, exercise, wellness, and nutritional activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

I acknowledge that interactions within community features may involve user-generated content from other users and that Mama Koach Training LLC is not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of other users.

I understand that workouts may involve the use of fitness equipment including but not limited to dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, cardio equipment, benches, machines, and bodyweight exercises.

I acknowledge that home, garage, outdoor, or unsupervised workout environments may present additional hazards and risks.

I assume full responsibility for ensuring my workout environment is reasonably safe.

I understand that Mama Koach Training LLC provides digital fitness and educational services through apps, websites, messaging systems, downloadable materials, videos, livestreams, and coaching platforms.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or continuous availability of digital services.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mama Koach Training LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
