How to delete your account
To delete your Mama KOACH account, sign in to Mama KOACH and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion works entirely inside the app and takes effect immediately once confirmed.
If you can't access your account
If you cannot access your account, email support@mamakoachtraining.com from the email address associated with your Mama KOACH account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request — we never delete an account based on an unverified request.
What is deleted
Your account, profile and onboarding answers, workout history and sessions, program enrollment and schedule, favorites, streak and milestone history, check-ins, nutrition/macro profile, progress photos and profile picture references, notifications and notification preferences, and support messages are permanently deleted. Community posts and comments are anonymized to "Deleted Member" so other members' conversations stay intact, and your reactions are removed. Analytics records are disassociated from your identity. Any active membership is canceled so you are not charged again.
What may be retained
As described in our Privacy Policy, we retain only the limited records required for legitimate legal and business purposes: billing and payment transaction history (accounting, refunds, disputes and chargebacks), legal acceptance evidence (Terms, Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver), SMS consent and opt-out evidence required for messaging compliance, fraud-prevention records (such as free-trial usage), and security/audit logs. Retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
