How members opt in
Text notifications are optional and are off by default for every member. A member opts in only by logging into their Mama KOACH account, opening Settings → Notifications → Optional text message updates, entering their mobile number, and actively checking the consent checkbox — or by completing the same opt-in form on this page below. Consent is never pre-checked, is never required to use Mama KOACH, is not part of Terms or Privacy Policy acceptance, and providing a phone number alone never enables texting.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership. Members can create an account, start or purchase a membership, complete onboarding, save their profile, and use every feature of Mama KOACH without providing a mobile number and without agreeing to text messages.
The form below is the same opt-in used inside the app. Completing it requires logging into your Mama KOACH member account — consent is always tied to a verified member account.

US mobile numbers only. Adding a number does not sign you up for texts — checking the consent box below is the only way to opt in.
You'll be asked to log into your Mama KOACH account to complete opt-in — consent is always tied to a verified member account.
Texts are completely optional. You can continue without them and still use every part of Mama KOACH.
Consent defaults to unchecked and must be actively given — it is never inferred from entering a phone number, creating an account, or making a purchase. Every opt-in and opt-out is recorded with a timestamp, the disclosure text shown, and the policy versions in force.

- Message types: coaching replies, workout and account reminders, account updates; and — only with separate consent — occasional offers and news.
- Frequency: recurring; message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
